Data Capture for Supplier Invoices¶

What It Does¶

Data Capture for Supplier Invoices automatically extracts invoice information from supplier invoices received via email or manually uploaded to IFS Cloud. The feature processes supplier invoice documents in PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats and uses AI to extract invoice header and invoice line information.

The extracted information is presented for review and can subsequently be transferred and seamlessly integrated to the existing External Supplier Invoices workflow in IFS Cloud, reducing manual data entry and improving efficiency and accuracy.
