Overview¶
IFS.ai Summarized Supply Chain Events uses generative AI to automatically produce a consolidated, category-based summary of the current supply chain situation for a selected customer order or purchase order. It reads operational data - history records, document texts, notes, error messages, warnings, and background job entries - across all connected supply chain objects (customer orders, purchase orders, requisitions, shipments, receipts, RMAs, shop orders, and incoming messages related to Incoming Customer Order, Incoming Purchase Order Confirmation, Incoming Dispatch Advice and Incoming Delivery Notification) and produces a structured, human-readable narrative that supply chain coordinators can use to understand status, identify issues, and decide next steps without navigating multiple pages and logs.
