Overview¶

The IFS.ai Copilot for Supplier Performance Evaluation feature helps procurement and supplier relationship management users analyze supplier performance more efficiently within IFS Cloud. Instead of manually reviewing supplier KPI data, evaluation records, reports, and ratings across multiple pages, users can interact with Copilot to retrieve supplier insights, compare supplier performance, and identify performance-related issues directly from the supported supplier evaluation context.

By leveraging conversational interaction, Copilot supports faster and more informed procurement decisions by providing contextual insights into supplier performance metrics such as delivery reliability, quality performance, KPI scores, KPI group results, and overall evaluation ratings.
