IFS.ai Inbound Delivery Note Automation¶
Overview¶
Extracts data from scanned or uploaded inbound delivery note documents and pre-fills the Scan Delivery Note assistant in IFS Cloud. The feature reduces manual data entry when creating an Incoming Dispatch Advice (and optionally a receipt) from a supplier's delivery note.
The processing produces:
- Header fields (delivery note number, actual ship date, sender, ship via, delivery terms, customs declaration data)
- Line item candidates (part number/description, dispatch quantity, lot/batch number)
- Matched reference data (sender/supplier, purchase order, purchase order line, part number) where a match is found
