Quick Expense Reporter is an AI-powered expense reporting capability in IFS Cloud that helps employees create expense entries faster by automatically extracting information from receipt images and PDF documents. Instead of manually entering expense details, users can upload a receipt and have key information such as the transaction date, amount, currency, taxes, and expense type pre-filled in the expense report.
By leveraging AI-driven document understanding and expense classification, Quick Expense Reporter improves the accuracy of expense reporting while reducing manual effort. More accurate expense submissions help minimize revisions and approval cycles, enabling employees to submit expenses sooner and allowing managers to approve them more quickly.
