SMART Objectives¶
Overview¶
IFS.ai SMART Objectives uses generative AI to create and enhance employee objectives and supporting activities within the performance management process, helping teams move past inconsistent, time-consuming manual drafting.
In practice, users can generate or enhance objective descriptions and activities directly within Performance Evaluation Details or the Objectives and Activities Overview pages reviewing, regenerating, and refining suggestions before saving. Suggestions draw on job assignments, past objectives, and cascaded organizational goals, helping build SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives faster and more consistently.
