This page is used to register balance conversion rules. This is the functionality used when you need to have excess or deficit time moved from one balance to another balance, or to a specific wage code. E.g., if the flextime balance is full you can have the exceeding time converted to a wage code for cash payment. The conversion rule operates on the excess or deficit time that appears within a reconciliation period. The conversion rule is not affecting the reconciliation process, which has its own conversion settings. Nor does it affect the daily remainders that may appear due to rounding, threshold limits etc.
