This activity is used to define the basic settings for the additional result calculation rule. This includes specifying the wage codes for the new result and the calculation method that should control how the new result is calculated.
In this page you can use the option to specify the days in the week for which
the additional calculation rule should apply. If the work starts in the late
hours of the previous day (for example Monday 10 p.m.), select the Start
before Midnight option.
In the Calculation Method field, you can specify whether the total original
wage code result or only a part of it should be converted to the new wage code.
There selects an option from the list: Total, Below and Exceed.
You are required to enter a value in the Calculation Base or Calculation
Limit fields if the calculation method is set to either Below or
Exceed: In the Calculation Base field, you can select an option
according to which the new wage code should be converted. The available options
are Scheduled Hours and Agreement Hours.
In the Calculation
Limit field, enter a value which will determine whether the hours are in
excess (if the calculation method is Exceed) or if there is a deficit
(if the calculation method is Below).
Select the new wage code to which the calculation result will be converted in
the New Wage Code field and if you want to make the rule definition effective
in the system, you can select the Validity option.
In order to perform this activity, wage codes are required to be defined in the Wage Codes page.
There are no system effects.
