This activity is used to define advanced settings for the additional result calculation rule. E.g. Configure the rule to control the maximum hours that should be converted to the new result etc.
To proceed with this activity, you need to search an
additional result calculation rule which you want to define the new settings
under the Additional Result Calculation Definition page.
In the Factor field, enter a number by which you
want to increase or decrease the new generated result for the converted wage
code. The factor value can be any digit by which working hours can be multiplied.
Enter the maximum number of hours which can be converted
to the new wage code in the Maximum Conversion Value field. You can select
the Delete Original Wage Code option if only converted wage codes need
to show in employee's attendance result.
If you want to have the original attendance result reduced
after an amount of working hours has been converted to the new wage code, you
can select the Reduce From Original Wage Code option.
In the Rounding field, enter a value which will
round the calculated additional attendance result.
In order to perform this activity, an additional calculation rule with basic settings is required to be already defined.
