Define Absence Type Access Groups

Explanation

This activity is used to group persons in the company into a user group. The persons in the group can be granted access to absence type information defined in the Absence Administration Basic Data page.

Note: Users who create absence types can be linked to access groups directly at the time of creating the absence type in the Absence Administration Basic Data page. This is only applicable if the Use Extended Data Security option is selected for the company in the Company Details page.

By using Data Access Group Definition page you can create a new record providing required information.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, person ID's are required to be defined in Person page.
