This activity is used to create item assessment types for a punch items. The assessment values will show what action will be taken on the punch item and whose responsibility it is. e.g. Accepted as Internal Repair or Supplier/Sub-contractor Responsibility. The assessment can then be used to group punch items together for reporting and querying purposes. The Obsolete option can be selected for an item assessment type which is no longer used and cannot be used on new punch lists.
