Use this activity to accept a global solution. In the Relationship Management/ Call Center lobby Solutions. In the opened solution list, select the record you want to accept. Press on Details. In the navigated Global Solution page, select Accept from Status.Once you accept a global solution, you will automatically become the owner of the selected global solution.When accepting global solution, the values for Organization ID, Category, Work Folder can be either selected from the List or enter manually and for the Comments field, enter comments for the global solution.
A global solution must have been entered and should be in the New or Queued status.
