Use this activity to approve a solution that has been completed. In the Relationship Management/ Call Center lobby Solutions. In the opened solution list, select the record you want to approve. Press on Details. In the navigated Global Solution page, select Approve from Status.When approving global solution, the values for Publish Type , Category fields can be either selected from the List or enter manually and for the Message field, enter comments for the global solution.
A global solution must have been entered, and should be in the Completed status.
