Close Case

Explanation

This activity is used to close the case. If a solution is found for the case, any existing case tasks are to be closed and a resolution for the case must be entered. In the Relationship Management/ Call Center lobby Cases/ Work Items. In the opened case list, select the record you want to close. You can close a case which is status Completed. Press on Details. In the navigated Case page, select Close from Status. The status of the case is set to Closed. When Closing the case, the value Completion field can be selected from the List and for the Message field, enter comments for the case. Select the Show Externally if want the message to be published externally.

Prerequisites

The case resolution must have been entered.  

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the case will be closed.
