Close Case Task

Explanation

This activity is used to complete a case task. Once press on the count on each element, it opens a task list, select the record you want to close, press on Details. In the navigated Case Task page, select Close. When closing the task, the value for the Message field, enter any comments manually.

Prerequisites

To close the case task, task must be in state Open or Completed  under  Open Tasks In My Cases or Tasks To Be Closed elements in Relationship Management/ My Call Center lobby.

System Effects

As a result case task will be set to Closed.
