Create Global Solution

Explanation

This activity is used to create a global solution by any organizational user. It is possible to attach/detach documents to global solution.

Support organization, queue, and assignee must be entered in the Support Organization Basic Data page.
A category must be entered in the Case Basic Data page.
Business objects must be entered in the Support Organization Basic Data page.
