Explanation

Use this activity to dispatch a global solution to a support organization, and to a suitable assignee or queue within that organization.

A global solution must have been entered, and should be in the New or Open status.

The solution will be dispatched to a queue or assignee within a particular support organization.
The status of the global solution will be changed to Queued.
