This activity is used to define resources (i.e. labor, tools and facilities) required to perform the work lists contained by an execution item template. A demand type, resource group and planned quantity can be entered for each resource line. It considers adding all possible resource alternative options by an execution item template.
It is also possible to define configuration rules on each resource line. These rules are evaluated when different configurations for a Released compatible unit template is performed.
As a result of this activity, resource lines will be added for the work lists of the execution item instance.
