Add Related Sub Orders

Explanation

Use this activity to add related contract change orders to one main contract change order. Connecting change orders can be relevant when several change orders are related to each other. E.g. a requirement for a change on a sales contract may cause the need to make changes to a related sub contract or a project. By connecting the related change orders, it is possible to get an overview of the total impact of the change.

Cost and revenue values from the related change orders are displayed per cost/revenue element in the Impact/Financial - Total Sub Orders tab. A change order can only be connected as a related sub order to one other change order. A change order which has related change orders acts as a parent change order, and can in turn not be a sub order to another change order.
