Use this activity to indicate that the contract is under review. Reviewing is optional. Therefore, for companies that do not have this as a part of their business process, you can skip this and go directly to the activation stage.
Reviewing the contract involves discussing it both internally and externally, and together with the customer coming to an agreement on the contents of the contract. Once the agreement has been met and the contract has been updated with necessary changes as agreed, it can be activated.
The status of the contract changes to Under Review.
