Enter Document Format

Explanation

Use this activity to register document formats (e.g., A3). Format can be used to define different levels or styles of letter templates. A default value of * (all formats) is provided at installation. Format is used in conjunction with document class and language to help select an EDM template file for a document. You can edit the description but not the format ID.

You can carry out the activity by entering a record in Document Formats page

• The registered formats are available in the Document Formats page.
• The format IDs become available to Lists of Values where document format is part of the data entry.
