This activity is used to specify who is responsible for a marketing campaign, campaign steps and actions. The Main option on the Marketing Campaign/Representatives tab indicates the records that have the main responsibility. When the marketing campaign is created, the current user will automatically be added as the main representative. When a campaign step is created, the main representative of the campaign will be added as representative for the step. When a campaign action is created, the main representative of the step will be added as representative for the action. If Use Target Representative option is selected for the action, the main representative of the campaign target will be added as main representative for campaign activities created for the action. If Use Target Representative option is not selected, the main representative of the action will be used also for the campaign activities.
As a result of this activity, responsible persons are connected to the marketing campaign.
