Enter CRM Account Header

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new account header and to enter general information, e.g., default language and country. You can also enter CRM and sales related information about the account.

There are three account categories; Customer, Prospect and End Customer. Accounts of these categories can be created In the Account - CRM page or in the New Contact assistant. If the account is created in the New Contact assistant you can use a template to create prospects and customers.

Note: If the person connected to the logon user has been specified as a representative, then it will be taken as the default main representative.
