This activity is used to edit multiple records on account contact or lead contact data. You can perform it on the Account Contacts overview or Lead Contacts overview pages. You can edit any number of records at once but only one field at a time. Also you can edit only some of the fields in the record.
Select the records you want to edit and click Multiple Edit. Click the Column list and select the field for which you want to perform multi-edit. Select an action from the Action list and enter the new value.
