This activity is used to define a support organization, which can be used to define new cases. A support organization handles cases.
Note: A value cannot be defined in the Manager field until an assignee has been defined. After creating a support organization, you can enter assignees in the Support Organization Basic Data/Assignee and then use the List of Values to select a manager for the support organization in the Support Organization Basic Data/Support Organization.
As a result of this activity, support organization data will be available when selecting a support organization for a particular case.
