To create a customer warranty type, you can either use a predefined warranty type templates or you can create one manually. Several warranty types can be connected to an object.
The create/edit dialog box is reached by clicking in the page or the line in question and choosing Customer Warranty/Create/Edit... In the dialog box, the warranty types can be removed or added, and the data defined for a warranty type and the warranty conditions can be modified.
A customer warranty type is added to the object, the customer warranty option is enabled, and a warranty number for the object is created. All additional warranty types that are added will be connected to this warranty number.
If all customer warranty types are removed, the customer warranty option is cleared.
