Enable Auto Availability Check of Shop Orders

Explanation

This activity is used to define whether an availability check will be automatically performed when shop orders are released and shop order materials are reserved. This optional task is to be performed by a system administrator or an equivalent person.

The check will be performed for all components. When the inventory parts are defined for availability checking, the system generates an alarm, which can be viewed in the Planning Alerts - Shop Order page, after the check is run.
