Use this activity to replace a revision of a Defense iRAPT Report. If the work with the revision must be aborted after it has been submitted, then it is possible to manually change to status Replaced if the revision is in status Send. This status shall be used if the company receive feedback from the government which causes an update of the provided data in the iRAPT report, i.e. only a minor adjustment is required for acceptance.
When status is set to Replaced, the Copy Revision dialog is open automatically so that a new revision of the report can be created. The created revision will get status New in which the required adjustments can be handled before the report is Sent to government
