Use this activity to set a Defense Contract in status Active to Close. To Close a Defense Contract is a manual action done via a command in the Contract header. A Defense Contract in status Close indicates that there are no existing Defense Contract Orders to be processed and there aren’t any additional Orders to be added later. This means that supplies and services included in the Contract has been delivered according to the agreements for the connected Defense Contract Orders.
In order to Close a Contract must all connected Defense Contract Orders have status Closed.
This activity requires that a Defense Contract exists in status Active and that all connected orders are in status Closed.
