Use this activity to specify specific Defense Stakeholder Address Information. All stakeholders: Customer, Payer, Inspector and Agency are represented by a Customer. This page will provide the option to setup extended address- and delivery information for a Customer Address ID used in the wide area workflow process for a defense contract order. These additional Address Type Codes are used to default and filter the different address details used when creating and processing a Defense Contract Order. The stakeholder Address Types Codes are divided in to two group, Connected Roles and Connected Defense Address Types. The stakeholder address fields filtered are listed as sub-bullets to the Address Types Codes;

It is possible to set an Address ID as Use for any of the Address Types Codes.
Furthermore, it is possible to set a used Address Type Code as Default, i.e. automatically retrieved as the default Address ID for the address field which corresponds to the Address Types Codes defined as Default. Only one default can exist, if there already is a default for an Address Type Code then it will be automatically set to No if the same Code is set to Yes for a different Address ID.
Note: When creating the first record for a Stakeholder/Customer in the Defense Stakeholder Address Information page then all Address Types Codes are set with Use and Default as Yes. When new records are created for the same Customer it is up to the user to maintain the records so that the correct setup of Use and Default for the Address Type Codes are accomplished.
