Use this dialog box to create new campaigns with old campaigns as a template. The idea is that you create a new campaign with new start and end dates witch will have the same flow/parts as campaign members as the old template campaign. The campaign quantity for each part is decided by the perceptual amount the campaign had compared to the forecast in the template campaign.

This window contains:
Source Campaign ID: The source campaign id.
Description: The description of the new campaign.
Start date: The start date of the new campaign.
End date: The end date of the new campaign.
Auto remove: When cheeked the campaign volume will be removed from the adjusted demand when the campaign is finished.
OK: The copy is executed when this button is pushed.
Cancel: Cancels any copy and closes the dialog.
