Use this dialog box to decide which standard part fields in the detail view should be copied into the parts belonging to the current group or query selection, and which standard part fields should be copied into the parts on the base flows connected to the selected combined flow. Note that when using copy down from a query, you only copy to the matching base flow parts.

This window contains:
Standard: If this check box is selected, the selected forecast parameters are copied down to the standard fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view. The standard fields are the parameters that are used each time the server creates new forecasts for the part.
Used: If this check box is selected, the selected parameters are copied down to the used fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view. The used fields are the parameters that are used for creating the period forecasts for the part. For the next period, the standard parameters of the part will be used.
Copy to base flow parts: If this check box is selected, the parameters set on the combined group will be copied down the base flow group members. Note that the parameters will not be copied down to the combined flow parts. Clear this check box to copy down to the combined flow parts. This check box is only made available at the combined flow group level. Has no effect when coping down from a query.
System to adjusted: If this check box is selected, the adjusted forecast is set so that it is equal to the system forecast of the parts belonging to the current group selection.
Target Sales Plan to adjusted: If this check box is selected, the adjusted forecast is set so that it is equal to the Target Sales Plan of the parts belonging to the current group selection.
Budget to adjusted: If this check box is selected, the adjusted forecast is set so that it is equal to the Budget of the parts belonging to the current group selection.
From period: Here you can set the start period where you want the adjusted forecast to be set equal to the system forecast.
To period: Here you can set the stop period of the system to adjusted forecast copy process. This will be the last period where the adjusted forecast is set equal to the system forecast.
Alpha: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Std Alpha field is copied down to the current or standard or both alpha fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Beta: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Std Beta field is copied down to the Current or standard or both beta fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Rho: If this check box is selected, the value in the groups Std Rho field is copied down to the Current or standard or both Rho fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Forecast Model: If this check box is selected, the forecast model in the group's Std Forecast Model field is copied down to the Current or standard or both forecast model fields on the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Season profile: If this check box is selected, the season profile in the group's Std Seasonal Profile field is copied down to the Current or standard or both seasonal profile fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, selected in the selection view.
Moving average periods: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Std Moving Average Periods field is copied down to the Current or standard or both moving average periods fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, selected in the selection view.
Delta: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Delta field is copied down to the Delta fields of the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view. Note: To get a changed tracking signal, remember to select Run Forecast.
Phase In Start: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Phase In Start field is copied down to the parts belonging to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Phase Out Stop: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Phase In Stop field is copied down to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Phase in Length: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Phase In Length field is copied down to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Phase out Length: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Phase Out Length field is copied down to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view.
Saturation: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Saturation field is copied down to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view. Note when copied down from this dialog each group member gets an equal amount of the total group amount. This field can also be set in the distribute adjustment dialog, then you can distribute the group quantity based on other parts/flows forecast/history.
Start Level: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's Start Level field is copied down to the current group selection, which is selected in the selection view. Note when copied down from this dialog each group member gets an equal amount of the total group amount. This field can also be set in the distribute adjustment dialog, then you can distribute the group quantity based on other parts/flows forecast/history.
Inheritance: If this check box is selected, the value in the group's or combiend flow parts Inheritance field is copied down to the base flow parts belonging to the current group / combined flow selection, which is selected in the selection view. Note when copied down from this dialog each group member gets an equal amount of the total group amount. This will turn on or off (depening on the setting) Inhertinace on the base flow part level.
The inheritance section
Season Profile: When checked it sets the inheritance button on the parts, to the state of the season profile inheritance button on the group.
Period Profile: When checked it sets the inheritance button on the parts, to the state of the period profile inheritance button on the group.
Weekly Profile: When checked it sets the inheritance button on the parts, to the state of the weekly profile inheritance button on the group.
Moving Holiday: When checked it set the inheritance button on the parts, to the state of the Moving Holiday inheritacne button on the group.
Status: The status to be set on the base flow parts belonging to the aggregation. Note that you set the status to be set in this field, instead of setting the paramters currently set in detail view as is the case for the other fields in set in copy down.
