Profile Table

[To Demand Planning]

Usage

Use this window to create, view, or edit existing period/weekly profiles in tabular form. Access this window using the View/Toolbar/Profile Table menu option. Use the Period Profile or Weekly Profile detail view fields to select which profile to view or edit. Use the right mouse menu to create a new profile or to toggle between the weekly and period profile. Table values may be entered manually, copied from the system profile, or copied and pasted from another table or spreadsheet.

Activity Diagrams

Menu Choice Activity
New Period Profile Creates a new period profile and shows the profile in both the Profile Table and Profile Graph.
Save Saves the period profile.
Delete Period Profile Deletes the currently selected period profile.
Normalize Period Profile Normalizes the period profile, this will make the sum of all days equal to 100%.
New Weekly Profile Creates a new weekly profile and shows the profile in both the Profile Table and Profile Graph.
Save Saves the weekly profile.
Delete Weekly Profile Deletes the currently selected weekly profile. 
Normalize Weekly Profile Normalizes the period profile, this will make the sum of all days equal to 100%. 
Format Cells Cell formatting in the table is limited to specifying the number of decimal places to be used and whether to use the 1000 separator.
Copy (also Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Insert) Copies the selected cells to the clipboard.
Paste (also Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert) Copies the contents of the clipboard into the table.
Copy To Excel Saves the contents of the entire table contents into a Microsoft Excel file with the suggested name 'Profile<ProfileName>.xls.'
Toggle Period/Week Toggles between the selected period profile and the selected weekly profile. The Profile Graph does also change profile.

Any active selection in the table, the sum and average of the cells in the selection will be displayed in the status bar.

Adjusted: The value for the profile index for that day.
System: The value for the system profile index for that day.
