When there are instances that the user needs to limit
the Demand Server interaction with the database either a complete stop or
limited usage, those conditions could be specified in here.
For example: During the Database backup routine
periods, if it is not allowed to access the database,
Then the DB Idle period could be defined in this time
period.
For the limited usage, user can update the field Speed
Percentage in this tab. By
default this is empty (meaning no limitations).
This activity requires that the Demand
Planning Server General parameters
be defined.
Based on the setup, Demand Plan Server will be
consuming more time to update Forecast and IPR data in the database.
