Used to get a new historical forecast. This function is
performed during installation after all forecast parts have gotten the right
forecast model, parameters, and season profile. This is done to get more
accurate forecast error measures once you are finished with initial forecast
parameter settings, season profile creation etc. Normally this is run only
once during the beginning of Demand Planner implementation.
This activity requires that data must be loaded into the Demand Plan Server.
