When a new CO has been created, you should create a functional description of the changes to be made. The document should be registered in IFS Document Management. If the change concerns an existing engineering part revision, the document should be connected to the revision. This could be necessary, for instance, when a CO changes the product structure.
The document could consist of a list of the function names and a short description of what they do. Later on, you will describe these functions more thoroughly.
New COs must be registered.
If the documents created in IFS Document Management refers to an engineering part revision, a connection between document and part is created.
