If you during the evaluation of the product range made any engineering part revisions obsolete, you should locate where the part is used. If the structure (in which the obsolete part is used) is not active, you can replace the obsolete part. You should evaluate whether you need to update the structures where the obsolete part is used, and replace it with another engineering part revision. If the obsolete part revision is to be replaced by another revision of the same part, you can easily replace the revision by Replace Part/Revision action command. Otherwise, if you want to replace the obsolete revision with another engineering part, you have to manually enter all structures where the obsolete part is used.
