View Technical Records for Aircraft or Inventory

Explanation

In the Technical Records Repository, you (TRR) you can view the maintenance and usage history for an aircraft or inventory item.

If you are in a Main Operating Base(MOB) or Forward Operating Base(FOB), your local TRR includes records transferred to your location and records created in your location. If you are in the location that houses the central TRR, your view includes all of an asset's technical records except records that have been recorded on a disconnected base and not yet imported by the central TRR.

In a FOB or MOB instance of IFS Cloud there are two views of the technical records. One is the historical tabs in the IFS Maintenix application. These tabs show maintenance performed at your location. The second view is the portion of records that were imported to your location with an aircraft or inventory shipment. You view this portion of records in the Aurena Technical Records application. (Records created at your location in IFS Maintenix are copied to the Technical Records application.)

Use the following steps to view records in the Technical Records application.

Steps

  1. In the Aurena Navigator, go to the Technical Records / Aircraft or Inventory page.
  2. In the side panel, select an aircraft or inventory, or search for a record.

To search by other parameters, click More, select a parameter and enter information in the search field.
