Create and Maintain Tracked Parts List

Explanation

This activity is used to define customer tracked position parts. When a position part is set as tracked, all real parts including the installed part and alternates that are valid for the tracked position will be treated as tracked parts.

In addition to creating the tracked parts list manually, following options that can be used to ease the creation of tracked parts list:

Option Description
Remove Tracked Parts List Removes the entire tracked parts list.
Import Parts from Template Creates a tracked parts list that consists of all position parts for a template.
Copy Tracked Parts List Creates a tracked parts list by copying parts from another tracked parts list which is defined for the same overhaul object. Note: Existing records will not be affected when this option is performed.
Mark All as Tracked Enables the Tracked option for all the entries in the list.
