Create Dispatch Order for CAMRO Shop Visit (Create Visit CO)
Explanation
This activity is used to create a dispatch order for an MRO shop visit. The
dispatch order is a type of customer order used when shipping the overhaul object
back to the customer once the repair or service is done. To create the dispatch
customer order, click New Dispatch Order. Only one dispatch
order may be connected to the complex assembly work order.
Prerequisites
- The complex assembly work order must exist with a customer and coordinator
specified for it.
- The customer must be defined as an external customer.
- There cannot be an existing dispatch order reference on the work order.
System Effects
- A customer order header is created and connected to the complex assembly
work order. The customer order number is displayed in the Customer
Order Reference field in the Complex Assembly Work
Order page.
