Return Object

Explanation

To initiate the shipment process for an operational overhaul object, once the service/repair and QA processes are finished, click Return Object.

When the decision to ship the overhaul object before it is set to the operational condition Operational is reached, click Return Non Operational Object.

Prerequisites

System Effects

If a dispatch order is not connected to the work order, a dispatch customer order is created with a reserved customer order line.

If a dispatch order is connected to the work order, a reserved customer order line is added to the dispatch customer order.
