Confirm Personal Information Change Request
Explanation
This activity is used to confirm personal information changes requested for
the employee. Once user confirms the changes means that the changers can be reviewed
by HR personnel. This action changes the status of the request to Confirmed.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- A request to change personal information has to be registered in the
system
- Personal information have to be modified on any of the section.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The status of the request will change from Preliminary to
Confirmed.
- It will become impossible to modify the request.
- The request will be available for approval or rejection by the HR Personnel.
