Plan Actions That Resolve the Issue

Explanation

This activity is used to register and manage specific actions that should be taken in order to resolve a disciplinary or grievance issue.
You can register activities one by one or you can load a preset of activities from a template.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• A disciplinary or grievance issue has to be registered in the system.
• Actions that can be taken to resolve the issue have to be registered in the system.
• Employee who will oversee the action has to be registered in the system (Optional).
• An action template has to be defined in the system (Optional).

System Effects

As a result of this activity, actions that have to be taken to solve the issue will be registered in the system.
