Register Address and Communication Methods

Explanation

This activity is used to maintain person's personal address, personal communication methods and company related communication methods. When a person ID is selected for the employee at the time of their registration in the system, the address and communication method information are automatically synchronized between Employee File and Personal File pages.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• The address presentation should be configured for relevant countries. This is done in the Enterprise component.
• Work locations should be defined in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, when the data changed and saved they are immediately available.
