Register Employee Related Persons

Explanation

Use this activity to add, modify or view information about related persons of an employee. A related person can be a Contact Person, Dependent or both. Option is provided to select the required options. For a Contact Person the fields First Name, Last Name and Relationship are mandatory. For a Dependent in addition to these three fields the Date of Birth field is also mandatory. Facility is there to activate and make a related person as an Emergency Contact of an employee. Information entered are GDPR compliant.

Prerequisites

Relationship types have to be registered in the system.
