About Gap Analysis

Use Gap Analysis to do a comparison of a person's qualifications with the requirements of a job/ another person/ qualification profile to identify gaps in qualifications. Comparisons will be done in terms of Competencies, Certifications, Education, and Work Experience. Gaps are identified and represented through graphical representations such as radar charts. Gap Analysis also allows for analysis of a person's compatibility percentage for each qualification component in terms of job, another person, or qualification profile.
