Add/Edit Feedback Categories/Subcategories

Explanation

It is vital that you actually analyze all the feedback you get. You may sort the feedback into categories and subcategories depending on your preference. As a result of sorting feedback into categories, you get a broad picture of how others view your or your teams performance, and what issues should be addressed. You can select a 'received feedback' in Feedback Hub and add a pre-defined category from the drop-down.

Note: Categorization posibility is only available in Feedback Hubs (Received Feedback). You cannot sort feedback into categories before sending your feedback.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, Feedback Categories/Subcategories should be defined as basic data.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a Category/Sub category will be added to a Feedback Record.
