You can refer feedback when evaluating your or your subordinates' performance. Use this activity to connect feedback to performance evaluations. Select a Feedback record and connect it to Performance Evaluation Detail page by selecting relevant Employment, Performance Period, Objectives or General Performance.
The selected employee should have a performance evaluation record and a feedback record.
As a result of this activity, 'Connect to Performance' list (sublist) in Feedback Hubs gets updated. Connected Feedback can be viewed in My Performance Evaluation Details and Performance Evaluation Details pages if you select the particular Objective/General Performance
