Use this activity to define Feedback Categories. It is
vital that you actually analyze all the feedback you get. You may sort the feedback
into categories and subcategories, depending on your preference. As a result
of sorting feedback into categories, you get a broad picture of how others view
your or your team’s
performance, and what issues should be addressed.
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, Feedback Categories will be created. Categories can be used to analyze and categorize Feedback in Feedback Hubs.
