Use this activity to define Feedback Subcategories. It is vital that you
actually analyze all the feedback you get. You may sort the feedback into categories
and subcategories, depending on your preference. As a result of sorting feedback
into categories, you get a broad picture of how others view your or your team’s
performance, and what issues should be addressed.
In order to perform this activity, Feedback Categories
should be created.
As a result of this activity, Feedback Subcategories will be created. Categories and Subcategories can be used to analyze and categorize Feedback in Feedback Hubs.
